Aevamo’s reading
Cabinet Resolution No. (65) of 2022 issuing the Executive Regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. (29) of 2021 on the Entry and Residence of Foreigners is the text that IMPOSES the requirement rather than reporting it: Article 2 says what 'shall be required' for a foreigner to enter — a valid Entry Visa or Residence Permit — and clause 6 is the sole source of relief from it, exempting only nationals of States named in a Cabinet resolution. Every other document cited here supplies a fact this instrument deliberately does not contain: which States the Cabinet has named, and how long the resulting stay runs.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs' visa-exemption register names each of these issuers and marks it Visa Free, which settles that nothing must be arranged before travel. No document this workspace holds states how long these particular nationalities may stay — they appear on neither of the Ministry's 30-day and 90-day mission lists — so the duration is the one carried by the visit visa stamped at the port and is not asserted here.

How the documents behind this regime are dated
cabinet-res-65-2022: Cabinet Resolution No. (65) of 2022, Official Gazette No. 731 of 15 July 2022, in force 3 October 2022; the copy fetched from uaelegislation.gov.ae on 2026-08-20 carries no consolidation date in its own text, which is a limitation recorded in documentAuthority. mofa-visa-exemptions: no per-entry dates; the page's own footer reads 'Copyright 2026 Ministry of Foreign Affairs' and it was fetched live on 2026-08-20. mofa-oslo-visas: footer 'Copyright 2026 Ministry of Foreign Affairs', 'Last updated' printed with no value, fetched live 2026-08-28; its content is demonstrably behind the register (it omits Israel, Mexico and the other nationalities the register marks Visa Free), which is why it is used only for the durations of nationalities it names. dubai-ae-visa: 'Page Last modified : 03-04-2026'. icp-expanded: dated Thursday 25 June 2026, 'Last updated on: June 25, 2026'. macao-uae-visa-free-2019: 'Published on: 27th June 2019'. mda-uae-visa-waiver-in-force: 'Published on: Tue, 05/08/2025'. fujairah-visa: footer '© Copyright 2024 Fujairah Digital Government' and text referring to changes 'as of 29 April 2016' and 'As of 1 May 2017'.
What this answer covers Limits & assumptions
Work and residence rights are separate from this check. This is the entry rule and the length of stay the instrument grants. It is not a decision about you: the officer at the border decides admission, and we do not evaluate the purpose of your trip, your passport's remaining validity, an onward ticket, funds, insurance or health requirements.
