The Immigration Act (Chapter 191) creates the entry obligation: s.19 prohibits landing save with an Immigration Officer's leave, s.22 governs the grant and maximum duration of that leave (not exceeding eight months), and s.20 defines the free-movement categories. The MOFA designation lists and the government's Visa Requirements table operate against this statutory background.
The Government of The Bahamas' Visa Requirements for Foreigners table lists each of these countries as visa-not-required (NO) with a visit period of eight months.
