Conditions:
- Aplikimi për vizë bëhet on-line në sistemin elektronik të vizave ose paraqitet personalisht në konsullatë (the visa may alternatively be applied for in person at an Albanian consulate)
- The visa requirement runs from 30 September 2025, the date from which the reciprocal visa-waiver agreement signed on 27.12.2019 is suspended; a Belarusian national entering before that date was still visa-exempt.
