Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վավեր սովորական անձնագրեր կրող Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիները և Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության վավեր սովորական անձնագրեր կրող Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության քաղաքացիները մյուս Պայմանավորվող կողմի պետության տարածք մուտք գործելիս, դուրս գալիս կամ տարանցիկ երթևեկելիս ազատվում են մուտքի արտոնագրի պահանջից իրենց մուտք գործելու օրվանից մինչև իննսուն (90) օր ժամկետով՝ ցանկացած 180 օր ժամանակահատվածի ընթացքում:

This is the Government decision, adopted under the Law on Foreigners (its preamble invokes Arts 6(7), 8(5), 9(4.1) and 9(8) and 10(2),(7) of that Law), that establishes the entry-visa application and issuance procedure for the Republic of Armenia: who may obtain a visa at border crossing points (s.1.1), who must use the invitation procedure (s.5), and the e-visa system (s.9). It is the instrument that imposes the operative visa-obtaining rules; the MFA pages describe and consolidate the entitlements it implements.
Article I(1) of the Armenia-China agreement states that citizens of each party holding valid ordinary passports are exempt from the entry-visa requirement for a period up to ninety (90) days within any 180-day period, which is exactly the entitlement for Chinese ordinary-passport holders.
