- Aplikimi për vizë bëhet on-line në sistemin elektronik të vizave ose paraqitet personalisht në konsullatë (the visa may alternatively be applied for in person at an Albanian consulate)
- The visa requirement runs from 29 July 2024, the date from which the visa-waiver agreement signed on 27.1.2020 is suspended; a Guyanese national entering before that date was still visa-exempt.
