Pakistan Missions abroad are authorized to grant Visit/Tourist Visa for three months validity and stay with double entry to foreigners of List-A consisting of following 190 countries.

The Directorate General of Immigration & Passports, the Ministry of Interior body responsible for granting and extending visas to foreigners, publishes the operative visa categories on this page: who needs a visa, who may use the e-visa, who may enter without one. It imposes the visa requirement by naming the exempt and e-visa groups rather than merely describing a rule made elsewhere.
These issuers are on the 190-country tourist List-A, so their nationals are not visa-free or e-visa-eligible and must obtain a tourist visa from a Pakistan mission before travelling to Pakistan.
