Loi n° 02-03 creates the obligation: its article 3 requires every foreigner entering Morocco to hold a travel document 'assorti, le cas échéant, du visa exigible', and its article 9(2) fixes the maximum visitor stay at 90 days. The MFA consular list and the e-visa pages administer exemptions under this law.
The list title and entries name the countries whose nationals are exempt from the Moroccan entry visa; the law's article 9(2) sets their maximum stay at 90 days.
