Aevamo’s reading
The Immigration Act creates the entry obligation: s.9(2) empowers the Minister to order that passports of nationals of listed countries bear a visa; s.14 governs how long permitted entrants (visitors) may stay; s.15 waives the visa for EU citizens; and s.4(3) grants OECS Protocol Member State citizens free movement. The MOFA list, eTA press release and EU-KNA agreement supply facts (which countries are visa-required, the eTA requirement and its commencement, and the 90/180 treaty term) under powers and frameworks this Act establishes.
The FCDO states the visa-free visitor stay for Saint Kitts and Nevis as 'up to 6 months' in figures. That figure is confirmed by the controlling Immigration Act s.14(1)(b), which grants the class 'Visitors' (Second Schedule, Part II) a stay 'not exceeding six months' (fieldSources.maxMonths) but writes the period in words; no official KNA publication states it in figures. The issuers on this row are visa-free: 75 are named in the Visa (Exemption) Order's schedule and the remaining 32 are not on the current MOFA visa-required exclusion list (see residualSweep). The eTA press release (fieldSources.advanceAuthorisation) requires every visitor to obtain an eTA before travel, which is the advance authorisation recorded on this row.

What this answer covers Limits & assumptions
Work and residence rights are separate from this check. This is the entry rule and the length of stay the instrument grants. It is not a decision about you: the officer at the border decides admission, and we do not evaluate the purpose of your trip, your passport's remaining validity, an onward ticket, funds, insurance or health requirements.
