освобождаются от необходимости получения виз для въезда, выезда и транзита на территории другой Стороны при условии, что продолжительность их непрерывного пребывания на территории другой Стороны не превышает 30 (тридцати) дней с даты их въезда. При этом общая продолжительность их пребывания на территории другой Стороны не должна превышать 90 (девяноста) дней в течение одного календарного года

Article 27 of Law No. 105-Z imposes the visa requirement on aliens entering Belarus ('при наличии визы, если иное не определено настоящим Законом, иными законодательными актами и международными договорами Республики Беларусь'), and Article 39 caps visa-free stays at 90 days per calendar year; the exemptions operate as exceptions to this statutory default.
The Macao-Belarus agreement exempts Macao travel-document holders from visas for stays up to 30 days and no more than 90 days a calendar year.
