1. Граждане Республики Казахстан, которые владеют проездными документами и не имеют намерения осуществлять трудовую деятельность, учиться или проживать на территории Специального Административного Района Макао, могут въезжать, выезжать, следовать транзитом и пребывать на территории Специального Административного Района Макао без визы. Срок каждого такого пребывания не может превышать четырнадцать (14) календарных дней.
2. Постоянные жители Специального Административного Района Макао, которые владеют проездными документами и не имеют намерения осуществлять трудовую деятельность, учиться или проживать на территории Республики Казахстан, могут въезжать, выезжать, следовать транзитом и пребывать на территории Республики Казахстан без визы. Срок каждого такого пребывания не может превышать четырнадцать (14) календарных дней.

Пункт 5 of the Rules imposes the obligation — immigrants enter Kazakhstan only with a Republic of Kazakhstan visa unless legislation or a ratified treaty provides otherwise — and пункты 6 and 17 create the visa-free entitlements and their durations. The Migration Law delegates the entry order to the Government, and this resolution exercises that delegation.
Article 2(2) of the Kazakhstan-Macau SAR agreement grants permanent residents of Macau holding travel documents, who do not intend to work, study or reside, visa-free entry, exit, transit and stay, each stay not exceeding 14 calendar days.
