Conditions:
- The issuer is not listed among the concessional entry arrangement countries in the Schedule to Legal Notice 128 of 2025 and is not an exempt person under section 11 of the Act, so the general visa requirement in section 10 applies to it.
- A holder of a British Overseas Territories Citizen passport issued by Anguilla, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Montserrat or the Pitcairn Islands is a national of a concessional entry arrangement country and is granted a visitor visa on arrival; the traveller can tell from their own passport whether their issuing territory is listed.
