This arrêté, signed by the interior, foreign-affairs, budget and overseas ministries, imposes the visa obligation on foreigners entering La Réunion and fixes the exhaustive annexe II list of nationalities dispensed from it; the ministry pages only describe the regime and the embassy page covers a single nationality.

The Monaco and Saint-Marin rows in annexe II section 1 grant the visa dispense to all passport types and explicitly extend it to stays exceeding 90 days, so no day cap is imposed by the instrument.
