Aevamo’s reading

It is the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' own dated matrix of which foreign ordinary passports are visa-exempt and for how many days. The FAQ restates the default for everyone off that list; the 1994 Immigration Law is the enabling statute but could not be quoted from the scan we hold.

The table headers run Diplomatic, Official, Special, Ordinary; each named state's four cells follow that order, so the last duration is the Ordinary-passport stay, and those last cells are 30 days.

What this answer covers Limits & assumptions

Work and residence rights are separate from this check. This is the entry rule and the length of stay the instrument grants. It is not a decision about you: the officer at the border decides admission, and we do not evaluate the purpose of your trip, your passport's remaining validity, an onward ticket, funds, insurance or health requirements.
