Aevamo’s reading
The Immigration Act Cap 14:02, through section 5 and the Immigration (Passports) Order made under it, imposes the requirement that a foreign national's passport bear a Guyanese visa before it is accepted for entry; section 12(1) then fixes the maximum stay an immigration officer may grant. This Act creates the obligation rather than reporting one created elsewhere.
The MFA list places Singapore among countries whose nationals do not require visas to enter Guyana, with a stay not exceeding 30 days.

How the documents behind this regime are dated
The MFA visa-information page is marked 'Updated: July 17, 2025' for the inbound visa-free list and 'Updated October 16, 2025' for the companion outbound list. The ISS list states no date on the page; its content matches the MFA list dated 04 April 2017. The Immigration Act volume is the L.R.O. 1/2012 revision. The Ghana agreement was signed 11 June 2019; the UAE MoU was signed 26 September 2024.
What this answer covers Limits & assumptions
Work and residence rights are separate from this check. This is the entry rule and the length of stay the instrument grants. It is not a decision about you: the officer at the border decides admission, and we do not evaluate the purpose of your trip, your passport's remaining validity, an onward ticket, funds, insurance or health requirements.
