– граждане иностранных государств, указанных в приложении 1 к настоящему Положению, без оформления документов, предоставляющих право на пребывание на территории Кыргызской Республики, могут находиться в безвизовом порядке суммарно на срок 30 дней в течение каждого шестидесятидневного периода с момента въезда в страну, если иное не предусмотрено международными договорами, участницей которых является Кыргызская Республика;

PKM 541 approved the Polozhenie on the stay of foreign citizens, which creates the obligation that foreign citizens enter, stay and transit Kyrgyzstan in visa order unless an international treaty or a normative act provides otherwise (point 2), and sets the visa-free stay periods; PKM 855 (gov855) amends it and is the current expression of the same instrument.
This operative clause of PKM 855 (31.12.2025), which rewrote point 13 of the Polozhenie, grants citizens of the states in prilozhenie 1 a visa-free stay of 30 days in each 60-day period; prilozhenie 1 to the Polozhenie (pkm541pdf) lists the states, of which the six GCC states have their own 180-day rule below and Uzbekistan (item 62) was repealed by the same resolution, leaving these 55.
