U članu 2. riječi "do 90 dana u periodu od šest mjeseci, počevši od dana prvog ulaska", mijenjaju se i glase "od 90 dana u bilo kojem periodu od 180 dana koji podrazumijeva uzimanje u obzir perioda od 180 dana koji prethodi svakom danu boravka te se dodaju sljedeće zemlje: Dominika, Gruzija, Grenada, Istočni Timor, Kiribati, Kolumbija, Maršalska Ostrva, Mikronezija, Palau, Peru, Samoa, Solomonska Ostrva, Sveta Lucija, Sveti Vinsent i Grenadini, Tonga, Trinidad i Tobago, Tuvalu i Vanuatu.

The Odluka o vizama (as amended) is the instrument adopted by the Council of Ministers under Article 21(1) of the Law on Foreigners that determines which states' nationals do not need a visa to enter BiH and creates the visa-free list, the special regimes and the seasonal exemptions. It imposes the exemptions; the Law on Foreigners supplies the residual visa requirement the exemptions derogate from.
Član 1. izmjene 73/17 dodaje ove zemlje u član 2 Oduke o vizama i postavlja trajanje boravka na 90 dana u bilo kojem periodu od 180 dana.
