Anyone who holds the nationality of a country that is not Article 6 included in the list published on the electronic platform www. visitsaudi.com referred to in Article (4), can obtain a Visa through one of the Kingdom’s diplomatic missions abroad, or through the digital embassy on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs platform, in accordance with the requirements referred to in Article (5), provided that they submit the following: a. Return ticket including flight itinerary. Those arriving by land or sea shall be excluded. b. Accommodation booking inside the Kingdom, and their personal information including their residence address in their country. c. Employee identification certificate. 4 Tourist Visa Regulations d.
