- Proviso (b): nationals of countries and territories not specified in Schedule 2 who are lawful residents of the United Kingdom, United States of America or Canada, or who are holders of a valid visa permitting their travel to any of these three countries, may be granted leave to enter the Islands without a Turks and Caicos Islands visa

> Except for the nationals of the countries and territories specified in Schedule 2, all other foreign nationals and stateless persons shall produce to an immigration officer a passport endorsed with an entry clearance which shall take the form of a Turks and Caicos Islands visa, issued for the purpose for which they seek entry, and shall be refused leave to enter if they have no such current visa:
