Loi n° 02-03 creates the obligation: its article 3 requires every foreigner entering Morocco to hold a travel document 'assorti, le cas échéant, du visa exigible', and its article 9(2) fixes the maximum visitor stay at 90 days. The MFA consular list and the e-visa pages administer exemptions under this law.
The Azerbaijani Embassy in Rabat, on the Azerbaijani MFA's own domain, announces that the visa-exemption agreement for ordinary passports entered into force on 28 August 2024 and that Azerbaijani nationals enjoy the same visa-free stays as Moroccans, up to 90 days.
