– граждане Республики Сербия, Турецкой Республики, Украины, Монголии без оформления документов, предоставляющих право на пребывание на территории Кыргызской Республики, могут находиться в безвизовом порядке суммарно на срок 90 дней в течение каждого сто восьмидесятидневного периода с момента въезда в страну, если иное не предусмотрено международными договорами, участницей которых является Кыргызская Республика;

PKM 541 approved the Polozhenie on the stay of foreign citizens, which creates the obligation that foreign citizens enter, stay and transit Kyrgyzstan in visa order unless an international treaty or a normative act provides otherwise (point 2), and sets the visa-free stay periods; PKM 855 (gov855) amends it and is the current expression of the same instrument.

The operative clause names Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine and Mongolia and grants their citizens a visa-free stay of 90 days in each 180-day period.
