Aevamo’s reading

The ASAC Title 41 2024 Edition is the official codified administrative code: it is where the operative rules impose the Entry Permit on aliens (41.1007), grant the Entry Permit Waiver and OK to Board (41.1101), and enumerate the waiver countries (41.1102) and the Samoa waiver (41.1102(c)). The parent statute is ASCA 41.0502.

41.1101(a) sets the EPWP stay at up to 30 days without an Entry Permit and 41.1102(b) names the eligible countries (the list runs 1-45), so a citizen of each listed issuer needs only the OK to Board, not an Entry Permit.

What this answer covers Limits & assumptions

Work and residence rights are separate from this check. This is the entry rule and the length of stay the instrument grants. It is not a decision about you: the officer at the border decides admission, and we do not evaluate the purpose of your trip, your passport's remaining validity, an onward ticket, funds, insurance or health requirements.
