According to this amendment, the country of Singapore is added to the list of countries whose citizens are exempted from the visa regime for entry, transit and stay in the territory of the Republic of Kosovo for up to 90 days, for a period of six months, from the date of the first entry.

Government Decision No. 15/158 of 29 November 2013 creates the obligation: it exempts the states listed in Annex I from the visa regime (point 1) and requires a Kosovo visa of citizens of every other state (point 6), exercising the power the Law on Foreigners delegates to the Government.

The Government's record of the 148th meeting (29 June 2023) states that Singapore was added to the visa-exempt list for up to 90 days, amending Decision 15/158.
